It was a dark and stormy night November 15, 2005.  Char opened Pinecone Gallery in the Lower Town Arts District, Paducah, KY. Tornado sirens were blaring, rain was falling, but people still attended and we cut the Chamber of Commerce Ribbon.  Our friends and neighbors came to wish us well. It has been quite a journey so far.

Finally after eighteen years we have a website, thanks to our Computer Wiz daughter Kelly Jo.  She designed and set it up for us. We couldn’t be any happier. Jay will try to post news every week to update what’s going on in Lower Town and Paducah, and most importantly, what’s going on in Char‘s Studio. What’s the latest project? What is she planning? For example, she was invited to have a one woman exhibit at the Yeiser Art Center in 2024.
